BUILDING IMPACT & AN INCOME BEYOND THE LOCAL CHURCH
Our mission is to disciple a group of women through the process of planning and building a ministry that advances God’s kingdom using their spiritual gifts. We will equip them with the right tools, resources and spiritual foundation necessary to thrive in their unique calling. We believe that the online space is a sphere where women can use their gifts to create impact. To ensure this, our goal is to work with them 1 on 1 for six to twelve months, ensuring they are well-prepared to do the work of ministry beyond the confines of the local church and equipped to make a difference within the community God has strategically placed them to serve.
EMPOWER
We help women grow in their faith by providing a space to connect with God and themselves through self-discovery and a personal spiritual growth plan.
DEVELOPMENT MODULES
Personal & Spiritual Development
We will develop a personalised plan based on the Bible that focuses on mindset, healing, and overcoming spiritual obstacles that may be blocking their growth in life, business, or ministry.
Self-Coaching Plan
We will suggest resources and help them develop a self-coaching plan that meets their needs. This plan will focus on areas to improve with God, based on their personal or professional goals.
EQUIP
We will give Christian women the tools and resources to create their online ministry platform. This includes guidance on building a free or paid website, starting a blog, launching a podcast, and more.

Using online platforms for ministry is essential in today's digital world, as is having an online presence. This program will show them three ways to grow their ministry by creating content that resonates with those they serve.
Marketplace Tools & Resources
To build their ministry successfully, they need the right tools and resources. Starting a ministry can vary for each person, so having the right tools and systems will help them fulfil their calling in the marketplace.
Building an Online Presence
Building a ministry online is about building an personal brand that genuinely connects with the people they’re called to serve. This development process may take time and effort to perfect, but it is undeniably worth it. However, once they clearly understand the who, where, and why of their marketplace mission, what their online presence will begin to take shape and allow them to reach and influence their audience God’s way.
THE BUSINESS SIDE OF MINISTRY MODULES
We will help Christian women create a tailored plan to attract the people they’re meant to serve as a ministry. We’ll also teach them key strategies and skills to build the business side of their ministry.
The Business Side Of Ministry
Begin with a thorough understanding of the legal structure of their ministry. Selecting the right model is crucial. Additionally, developing and implementing the right systems for working in and on your ministry.
Ministry Planning
Create a business plan that works for you and shows how God has called them to show up in your business and ministry online. Develop a strategy that matches their mission and the audience they’re called to serve online.
RELEASE
When you’re ready and feeling confident to take the first steps towards beginning your unique call to ministry, we will commission you and send you out with the necessary tools and support to fulfil your online mandate.
COMMISSIONING MODULE
Commissioning You For The Call
After completing the program, we will commission you for the work of ministry. This will be through a private one-on-one session that will confirm your unique call to ministry and your mandate in the marketplace.
